RALLY RULES (english & french) (2025)
1. A rally is organised by the booth ARQO SEDETO & THE VTUBE RALLY (Hall 6, R687) during the Japan Expo 2025, it is VTuber-themed (Hololive and beyond). There are 16 artists taking part, and all of their booths are marked on the rally map and have signs.2. All useful information is present on the rally's web application. This application is also used to digitally stamp all the stands through which the players go through.3. To obtain a stamp on a participating booth, you must spend at least €2. You need a minimum of 10 stamps to get a reward. Obtaining the 16 stamps entitles you to a specific additional draw. The rally can be restarted as many times as desired. It is necessary to have at least a stamp from a booth in Hall 5A, to ensure fairness between the different artist areas.4. To collect your rewards, go to the rally stand (ARQO SEDETO & THE VTUBE RALLY, Hall 6, R687) and the team will draw a reward tier (every draw wins something) that corresponds to a number of cards to choose from a set of reward cards illustrated by the artists participating in the rally. There are 17 cards available, imitating a shikishi signed by the artist! An additional draw obtained using a rally with 16 stamps offers a chance to get a holographic version of the reward cards. The lots will be visible on the stand.5. The rewards are distributed within the limits of available stocks. To ensure fair access to rewards every day of the show, restocks are organised periodically.6. Any validated participation entitles you to participate in a raffle on the rally stand at 4 p.m. every day of the expo. A participant in the raffle will be drawn and will have the opportunity to commission free of charge from Sedeto a small original shikishi of any character! A validated rally can be used to participate in only one of the competitions. A new rally will be necessary to participate in another shikishi contest.7. These rules may be slightly modified to ensure fair play throughout the duration of the event. The team will do its best to communicate it through the communication channels at its disposal.8. This rally is not endorsed by or affiliated with a VTuber agency. Neither Cover Corporation (Hololive) nor VShojo nor Nijisanji are partners or affiliates of the transaction.
Japan Expo Vtube Stamp Rally 2025 (règles en français)
1. Un rally est organisé par Sedeto (Hall 6, R687) lors de la Japan Expo 2025, il est sur le thème des VTubers (Hololive et au-delà). 16 artistes y participent, tous les stands participants ont une signalétique et sont indiqués sur la carte du rally.2. Toutes les informations utiles sont présentes sur l’application Web du rally. Cette application est également utilisée pour tamponner numériquement tous les stands par lesquels les joueurs passent.3. Pour obtenir un tampon sur un stand participant, il faut y dépenser 2€ minimum. Il faut 10 tampons minimum pour obtenir une récompense. Obtenir les 16 tampons donne droit à un tirage supplémentaire spécifique. Le rally peut être recommencé autant de fois que souhaité. Il est nécessaire d’avoir au minimum un tampon d’un stand du Hall 5A, pour assurer l’équité entre les différentes zones artistes.4. Pour récupérer ses récompenses, il faut se rendre sur le stand du rally (ARQO SEDETO & THE VTUBE RALLY, Hall 6, R687) et un tirage au sort aura lieu pour déterminer un lot (tout tirage es) qui correspond à un nombre de cartes à choisir parmi un jeu de cartes de récompense illustrés par les artistes participant au rally. Il y a 17 cartes disponibles, imitant un shikishi signé de l’artiste ! Un tirage au sort supplémentaire obtenu à l’aide d’un rally avec 16 tampons offre une chance d’obtenir une version holographique des cartes de récompense. Les lots seront visibles sur le stand.5. Les lots sont distribués dans la limite des stocks disponibles. Pour garantir un accès équitable aux lots tous les jours du salon, des réassorts sont organisés périodiquement.6. Toute participation validée donne droit à participer à un concours sur le stand du rally à 16h tous les jours du salon. Un participant du concours sera tiré au sort et aura la possibilité de commissionner gratuitement auprès de Sedeto un petit shikishi original du personnage de son choix ! Un rally validé ne peut être utilisé pour participer à un seul des concours. Un nouveau rally sera nécessaire pour participer à un autre concours shikishi.7. Ces règles sont amenées à être modifiées légèrement pour assurer un jeu équitable sur toute la durée de l’événement. L’équipe fera de son mieux pour le communiquer via les canaux de communication à sa disposition.8. Ce rally n’est pas endossé par ou affilié à une agence de VTuber. Ni Cover Corporation (Hololive), ni VShojo, ni Nijisanji sont partenaires ou affiliés de l’opération.
